7 week Postpartum Class. Tue 10th Feb to Tue 31st March (Note there is NO session 17th March - so it's over 8 weeks, but only 7 sessions).

Papamoa Community Centre. 10.30am class time. 

**Must be 6 weeks post birth on the start date.
